This biennial event was held in Brussels, Belgium from October 4-9 and attracted a record 42,427 visitors from 101 countries. Stijn Verschueren, Elasto Proxy’s branch manager in Europe, attended the final day of the show and met industry leaders and up-and-coming innovators who are revolutionizing the global bus industry, which is valued at $123.4B and projected to reach $192.B (USD) by 2029.
Electric Bus Advances
As Stijn explained in a recent LinkedIn post, “it was most impressive to see the latest designs and trends within the sector”. Thanks to recent advances in battery technology, the extended range of electric buses took what Stijn calls “center stage”.
