Unlike some other suppliers, we can meet demand for small runs of 500 to 1000 parts and large runs of 400,000 or 500,000 pieces. Grommets
Grommets are molded rubber products through which wires or cables are fed in vehicles and enclosures. They keep jacketing from tearing and are usually made of elastomers like EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, or silicone. Rubber grommets are typically shaped like rings or eyelets, but Elasto Proxy can also source components that are flanged or collared instead.
Medical Components
Elasto Proxy also supplies molded medical components for hospital equipment. For example, when a hospital bed manufacturer needed plastic parts, we provided injection molded components that required as many as 18 different molds. Thanks to Pantone color matching, the pedal pad that unlocks the bed is colored green for “go” while the part that brings the bed to a stop is red.
Plastic Housings
Enclosure sealing is one of Elasto Proxy’s specialties, but we also supply the plastic enclosures that are used to protect electronics and electrical components.
