We’re headquartered near Montreal, Quebec and have a European branch in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium; a U.S. branch in Simpsonville, South Carolina; and a second Canadian location near Toronto, Ontario.

Qualified Defense Contractor
Elasto Proxy specializes in fabricating low-to-medium volumes of seals, gaskets, and insulation. Whether you need quick turn prototypes or production runs, we support the mission on land, air, or sea. Our first customer was a naval contractor, and today we also make parts like door and hatch seals, headliners, and engine bay insulation and heat shields for military land systems.
In addition, Elasto Proxy offers sealing and insulation solutions for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs), unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), and unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). This includes EMI gaskets that combine environmental sealing against electromagnetic interference (EMI) with environmental sealing.
Military Gaskets and Defense Components
Elasto Proxy uses water jet cutting and choice of bonding and splicing methods to fabricate military gaskets such as door and window seals. With water jet cutting, there’s no tooling to pay for or wait for. This supports rapid prototyping and multiple design iterations, but water jet cutting is also ideal for production runs that require speed, accuracy, and consistency.
In addition to military gaskets, Elasto Proxy can supply you with defense components such as personal protection pads for confined spaces like tanks and armored personnel carriers. We also fabricate gaskets for military gen-sets and can supply anti-slip tape for vehicle surfaces and molded parts such as bellows, shifter boots, and grommets.
Thermal and Acoustic Insulation for Military Vehicles
Elasto Proxy also specializes in fabricating custom solutions that combat heat and noise in military vehicles. Examples include:
- Low and high frequency acoustic insulation with an aluminum facing that reflects heat
- Sound-absorbing floor matting and vinyl-faced acoustic insulation for a complete cabin solution
- Thermal-acoustic insulation for engine temperatures up to 150° and loud engine sounds
