Product Overview & Description
EC28-315-EM is a bulb trim seal made of EPDM rubber, an elastomer that resists outdoor weather conditions. The solid rubber trim section contains three tongues for gripping. Two tongues extend from the trim’s left leg and one tongue extends from the right. The total height of the retainer section is 18mm. A metal wire provides added impact resistance. The distance from the edge of the trim to the edge of the sponge rubber bulb is 30 mm.

EC28-315-EM is an EPDM co-extrusion with two different durometers, or hardness, on the Shore A scale. The trim section is made of solid rubber for impact resistance and includes a metal clip or wire. There are also three integral tongues for added gripping. The sponge rubber bulb is teardrop shaped and is located on the right side of the trim. This industrial rubber product has a tolerance class of RMA-E2 and is fabricated into gaskets.
