EC28-290-EM is a dual durometer bulb trim with a solid rubber retainer section on the bottom and a sponge rubber bulb on the top. The bulb is round in shape and measures 25.0 mm across. The distance from the top of the bulb to the highest point within the cavity of the trim is 20.0 mm. EC28-290-EM is black in color and made of EPDM rubber, an elastomer that resists outdoor environments with water and sunlight.

Bending Radius & Additional Information

EC28-290-EM is an EPDM co-extrusion with two different durometers, or hardness, on the Shore A scale. The solid rubber trim is located beneath the sponge rubber bulb and is 12.00 mm ball. This retainer section contains four integral tongues for gripping. Three of the tongues are on the right leg and the remaining tongue is on the left leg. This retainer section contains metal for impact resistance.
