EC28-260-EM is an EPDM rubber co-extrusion with a solid rubber trim and a sponge rubber bulb. This trim seal has a side bulb that fills the gap and compresses to form a seal. The bulb then returns to its original size when the compressive force is removed. The trim section is designed to mount over a flange. It has internal tongues for gripping and a metal retainer for added impact resistance.

Bending Radius & Additional Information

EC28-260-EM is an EPDM bulb trim that is co-extruded with separate bulb and retainer (trim) sections. The distance from the edge of the sponge rubber bulb to the middle of the solid rubber trim section is 16.0 mm. The trim is 15.0 mm tall and the distance between the legs is 5.0 mm. This Elasto Proxy bulb trim is black in color and has a tolerance class of RMA-E2.
