EC28-250-EM is an EPDM bulb trim with a teardrop-shaped bulb atop a metal-reinforced retainer section. The bulb fills the gap and compresses when a door or hatch with rounded corners is closed. When the door or hatch is open, the sponge rubber bulb returns to its original size. The trim section is made of solid rubber and has interior tongues for gripping. This trim seal has RMA-E2 tolerance.

Bending Radius & Additional Information

EC28-250-EM is co-extruded from black EPDM rubber in two different durometers. The sponge rubber bulb is 15 mm wide and features an extended lip. The distance from the bottom of the trim to the top of the lip on the bulb is 30mm. In the solid rubber trim section, the distance between the legs is 5mm. The distance from the bottom of the leg to the upper part of the trim is 12mm.
