Product Overview & Description
EC28-222-EM is a dual durometer bulb trim with a solid rubber retainer on the left and a sponge rubber bulb on the right. The bulb is round in shape and has two lips of different sizes. There is also a sponge rubber feature at the bottom of the trim’s left leg. The bulb compresses to fill a gap and returns to its original size when the compressive force is released. This trim seal is made of EPDM rubber.

EC28-222-EM is an EPDM co-extrusion with two different durometers, or hardness, on the Shore A scale. The trim is located on the left and 17.5 mm tall. The distance from the middle of the trim to the edge of the larger lip is 20.5mm. The sponge rubber bulb is 3.0mm thick at the bottom of the bulb and 2.1 mm thick between the two lips. The height of the bulb section is 18.0mm.
