Les grades sp\u00e9ciaux peuvent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures plus basses ou plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Inconv\u00e9nients du nitrile<\/strong><\/h2><p>Malgr\u00e9 ses avantages, le caoutchouc nitrile pr\u00e9sente certaines limites que vous voudrez consid\u00e9rer.<\/p><ul><li><strong> Faible r\u00e9sistance aux UV et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ozone : <\/strong>\u00c0 moins qu&rsquo;il ne soit sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9, le nitrile se d\u00e9grade lorsqu&rsquo;il est expos\u00e9 aux rayons UV du soleil ou de l&rsquo;ozone dans l&rsquo;air.<\/li><li><strong> R\u00e9sistance limit\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;alt\u00e9ration : <\/strong>Le NBR ne peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des conditions environnementales extr\u00eames que pendant un temps limit\u00e9 avant que des dommages ou une d\u00e9gradation ne surviennent.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong> Faible r\u00e9sistance aux solvants polaires : <\/strong>Le m\u00e9thanol et l&rsquo;\u00e9thanol, substances utilis\u00e9es dans certains carburants, provoquent le gonflement ou la d\u00e9gradation du nitrile. Les c\u00e9tones et les esters posent aussi probl\u00e8me.<\/li><li><strong> Flexibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 basses temp\u00e9ratures : <\/strong>Les degr\u00e9s standards de Buna-N peuvent devenir cassants en dessous de -20 \u00b0C (-4 \u00b0F), des temp\u00e9ratures qui ne sont pas rares dans les climats hivernaux froids.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong> Manque de r\u00e9sistance au feu :<\/strong> \u00c0 moins qu&rsquo;il ne soit aggrav\u00e9 avec des retardateurs de flamme, le nitrile ne respectera pas les normes d&rsquo;inflammabilit\u00e9 comme le UL 94.<\/li><li><strong> R\u00e9sistance limit\u00e9e \u00e0 la vapeur :<\/strong> Le NBR n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 de la vapeur \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature dans des applications comme la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, le chauffage industriel ou la st\u00e9rilisation \u00e0 la
