Normalement, les silicones et les fluoro-silicones sont \u00e9lectriquement isolants. Cependant, l&rsquo;ajout de ces particules fournit une conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.<\/p><p>Elasto Proxy s&rsquo;approvisionne en \u00e9lastom\u00e8res EMI sous forme de feuilles, de rouleaux ou d&rsquo;extrusions, puis on utilise notre \u00e9quipement au jet d&rsquo;eau pour les d\u00e9couper en formes et tailles sp\u00e9cifiques. La d\u00e9coupe au jet d&rsquo;eau est rapide et pr\u00e9cise, et elle est id\u00e9ale pour les volumes faibles \u00e0 moyens (y compris les prototypes) car il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;outillage \u00e0 payer.<\/p><p>Si vous avez besoin de joints EMI moul\u00e9s, Elasto Proxy peut \u00e9galement vous fournir ce dont vous avez besoin. Parfois, cette sp\u00e9cification est \u00e9crite comme MIL-G-83528 ou M83528 \u00e0 la place.<\/p><p>Les principales sections de la norme MIL-DTL-83528 sont les suivantes:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Type A \u2013 Silicone argent-cuivre (65 durom\u00e8tres)<\/li><li>Type B \u2013 Silicone argent-aluminium (65 durom\u00e8tres)<\/li><li>Type C \u2013 Fluoro-silicone argent-cuivre (75 durom\u00e8tres)<\/li><li>Type D \u2013 Fluoro-silicone argent-aluminium (70 durom\u00e8tres)<\/li><\/ul><p>Les joints MIL-DTL-83528 fabriqu\u00e9s par Elasto Proxy sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux qui appartiennent \u00e0 la liste des produits qualifi\u00e9s (QPL) M83528. Cette liste de produits approuv\u00e9s est tenue \u00e0 jour par la Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), qui fait partie du d\u00e9partement de la D\u00e9fense des \u00c9tats-Unis (DoD).<\/p><p>Comme le montre le tableau ci-dessous, de nombreux mat\u00e9riaux de joints EMI M83528 fabriqu\u00e9s par Elasto Proxy sont des alternatives ou des compensations aux produits CHO-SEAL\u00ae de Parker Chomerics. Ils contiennent des particules de nickel-graphite rentables et r\u00e9pondent aux exigences de la norme ASTM E595 en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9gazage, un probl\u00e8me qui peut obscurcir l&rsquo;optique, les capteurs et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique dans les environnements sous vide.<\/p><p>Comme l&rsquo;indique le tableau ci-dessous, les joints EMI ignifuges fabriqu\u00e9s par Elasto Proxy sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux que vous pouvez utiliser \u00e0 la place du GORE GS2100 et du GORE GS5200. Ils r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la corrosion galvanique, un probl\u00e8me qui peut raccourcir la dur\u00e9e de vie de la bride et causer la d\u00e9faillance de la bride dans les environnements marins tels que les enceintes des navires de guerre.<\/p><p>Elasto Proxy fabrique des joints EMI r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion \u00e0 partir de deux mat\u00e9riaux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendamment selon les exigences MIL-DTL-83528.
