Cependant, lorsqu\u2019ils sont remplis de m\u00e9tal ou rev\u00eatus de particules de m\u00e9tal, ils deviennent conducteurs d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et offrent une protection contre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astrodynetdi.com\/blog\/emc-101-what-is-emi\">les interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques<\/a> (EMI), le \u201cbruit\u201d \u00e9lectronique, ou la diaphonie qui peuvent perturber ou d\u00e9sactiver les circuits.<\/p><p>Les causes des interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques sont nombreuses et peuvent aller des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones cellulaires et des alimentations \u00e9lectriques aux aurores bor\u00e9ales et aux \u00e9ruptions solaires.\u00a0 Dans l\u2019industrie a\u00e9rospatiale, EMI peut affecter l\u2019avionique, les \u00e9crans, les syst\u00e8mes de distribution de carburant et les communications air-sol &#8211; pour ne citer que ces quelques exemples. Les joints en silicone conducteurs ne sont qu\u2019une partie de la solution, mais ils en sont une partie importante car ils comblent les espaces entre les surfaces d\u2019accouplement dans les bo\u00eetiers \u00e9lectroniques. En plus d\u2019emp\u00eacher l\u2019EMI, ils fournissent l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et l\u2019isolation n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p><h2><strong>Des silicones EMI: la solution parfaite dans le meilleur des mondes <\/strong><\/h2><p>Les silicones EMI sont des compos\u00e9s \u00e9lastom\u00e8res qui combinent les avantages du caoutchouc de silicone avec les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectriques des m\u00e9taux.\u00a0 Le silicone r\u00e9siste aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es qui sont communes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectronique, mais cet \u00e9lastom\u00e8re offre aussi une stabilit\u00e9 thermique dans une large gamme de temp\u00e9ratures. De plus, le silicone r\u00e9siste \u00e0 l\u2019eau, \u00e0 l\u2019ozone et \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont remplis de minuscules particules m\u00e9talliques ou rev\u00eatues de m\u00e9tal, les compos\u00e9s de silicone fournissent aussi une conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et un blindage EMI.<\/p><p>Le tableau ci-dessous r\u00e9pertorie les types de remplissage courants et montre la relation entre chaque type de remplissage, la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et la r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 volumique (RV) typique &#8211; une mesure du blindage EMI. L\u2019argent a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 comme mat\u00e9riau de remplissage, mais il est soumis \u00e0 des fluctuations de prix qui peuvent augmenter les co\u00fbts des joints a\u00e9rospatiaux EMI.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/everyspec.com\/MIL-SPECS\/MIL-SPECS-MIL-DTL\/MIL-DTL-83528C_11064\/\">MIL-DTL-83528<\/a>, une norme militaire am\u00e9ricaine pour les joints de blindage en \u00e9lastom\u00e8re, sp\u00e9cifie une efficacit\u00e9 de blindage minimale de 100 d\u00e9cibels (dB). Cependant, Elasto Proxy peut s\u2019approvisionner en silicones nickel-graphite avec une efficacit\u00e9 de blindage de 125 dB.<\/p><p>Les silicones nickel-graphite offrent aussi des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riau attrayantes. Par exemple, ils sont disponibles en durom\u00e8tre de 30 \u00e0 80 sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle Shore A. Un exemple de ces contraintes de compression est celui d\u2019un joint de porte ou d\u2019\u00e9coutille sur une enceinte qui est ouverte rarement.<\/p><p>Les silicones EMI nickel-graphite qu\u2019Elasto Proxy peut s\u2019approvisionner remplacent de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e les mat\u00e9riaux argent-aluminium plus co\u00fbteux que l\u2019on trouve sur de nombreux dessins de
