Elasto Proxy Welcomes ETS Intern
Elasto Proxy begins 2013 by welcoming a new member to our Production and Engineering team.
From January to April, a student from L’École de technologie supérieure (ETS) will complete a paid internship here at Elasto Proxy’s headquarters in Boisbriand, Québec, Canada. The student intern will help our hardworking employees with important projects such as automating machinery and improving production-line efficiency. We welcome this assistance, and know that Elasto Proxy will benefit from looking at familiar challenges through fresh eyes. Improving our business processes will also benefit our partners, who trust our commitment to finding new and innovative ways to meet their needs.
Founded in 1974, L’École de technologie supérieure (ETS) is an engineering school in nearby Montréal and part of the University of Québec system. As one of the province’s premier educational institutions, ETS molds engineers and researchers that are recognized for their practical and innovative approach to technical challenges. Each year, ETS graduates the largest number of engineers in Québec in disciplines such as manufacturing, information technology (IT), microelectronics, and telecommunications.
To help prepare students for their future careers, ETS works with businesses like ours that provide semester-long internships. This is the second time that Elasto Proxy has worked with a student intern from ETS, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this excellent engineering school during the May to August, 2013 semester.
